Restricted shares have a 1 year

maturity period for non SEC

filing companies like TVOG...


Have to watch rear view mirror

to see when shares come off

restriction and into float...


Float updated to 03/31/2019

shows how some new shares

came into float in 1st quarter...


The lovely price rally to

about .04 may have helped

those shares from old debt

get into new hands...perhaps...


Apt. 1416 may keep that score...


For 2 years in a row it appears

that most big share amount

conversions came in 1st quarter

of year on debt...


Gotta hope that trend holds...


Restricted shares issued to the

Accountant were needed...Hope

that paid for all of audit needed...
