I get where you're coming from but I don't think I ever said insiders would file to cancel shares. Actually in a Chapter 11 case it's not up to the insiders it's up to the courts and how the POR is written. How do you know it's a clean shell? What insiders are you talking about? Why do you say it is debt free, again bk was not dismissed because they had money? I will agree that it is wound tight and any news/hype might give it a nice bump like last time. But as it stands right now that's it there is no talk of any Super 8 as you call it or any RM talk anywhere with CACH. You bring it volume it will rise just like any other ticker with this low of an SS. But at the same time the ticker could vanish just like many others. It's all a gamble some win and some lose. The Ferrari sure has been parked awhile though, are you sure someone has not stripped it by now? GLTY
