Yeah, typical stinky pink rationalization of plucking (or making up) a problem statement, claiming a solution that nobody has ever thought of, proposing to fix it and thereby save the world while making shareholders rich, and then selling stock.
Sorry, but "inefficient energy distribution" isn't solved by a capacitor bank. That's just the line used to sell this stock. Where "line congestion" exists is where there's been load growth in excess of projections and/or capital investments in additional transmission capacity. Other cases are where plants don't run well or have been shut down without a good plan to replace them. And, yeah, transmission lines and distribution systems need maintenance. But, here's the thing, capacitor banks don't solve those problems in any way, form, or fashion. So PAS solves nothing, and it will not sell nor "produce revenue" from even a free deployment anywhere. And, the brilliant minds do know how to solve it, and they won't need any PAS units to do it.
And this company is just warming over the hoax. That video showing the huge current reduction, as meaningless as that is to anybody's bottom line, is intended to mislead into thinking this is some sort of gold mine and sell stock. Pure and simple.
