I was in NOUV for almost two years and all they’ve done is dilute by increasing the A/S up to 20 BILLION shares and the O/S to 11 BILLION. They were just over a 1 BILLION O/S when I first ‘gambled’ (the term investing and NOUV don’t go together) with them. I was new to the OTC world and didn’t play the few tick swings as the newest venture was tossed out by management or rumors while shares kept getting added.

Unfortunately now they are so bloated with shares that don’t see them ever leaving the trips without a R/S. And then the dilution cycle probably begins again.
