The issue at hand is the GUIDANCE DOC that was presented in 2017 about how to proceed with regulation of stem cell therapies. In that document they change small wording of the HTP’s and try to make it SEEM as if this process doesn’t fit the bubble of “minimal manipulation”
I could go into detail more your already arguing with a document from Justice.org already so I see there is no win here with you. Time will tell.
