EXPANSION??? The Company has only opened one single new delivery hub since SPRV acquired Web to Door nearly 11 months ago in late June 2018. What's more, CEO Roderick Santulan has already reneged on his promise to open one new delivery operation in each quarter of 2019! THERE WAS NO NEW HUB DURING Q1 2019 and THERE HAS NOT BEEN ONE NEW DELIVERY OPERATION HALFWAY THROUGH Q2 2019!

CEO Roderick Santulan doesn't provide "guidance" to investors! Santulan provides "pie-in-the-sky stabs in the dark"! The year is more than a third gone, so Lil Rod's speculation of a revenue double for 2019 is badly burnt toast! Investors can kiss Lil Rod's "hoped for 2019 outcome" goodbye! SPRV will be lucky to see year-over-year flat revenues for 2019 versus 2018!

Unfortunately, SPRV Holdings, Inc HAS NOT AND WILL NOT POST any quarterly financials reports; therefore NOBODY HAS THE FOGGIEST IDEA ABOUT ANY REVENUES OR THE COMPANY'S OVERALL FINANCIAL CONDITION!

Given the finances are a deep dark secret, one can only assume the Company is in very rough financial straits!
