Even worse is the not so wishful thinking that he will announce an increase in the A/S. These delays and implementing a R/S bring back sad history of going through such with other pinkies. A killer.
I have to admit though that the increase in A/S went hand in hand in those cases. Here, not so.
So I am wondering 'why not?'.
Delay brings doubt and apprehension. Do things have to be worse before they get better?
