-from pages 6 and 7 from their Annual Report ..here is a stock i can get behind because there are no convertibles. ..sure their is one guy that has Warrants, but has 5 years to convert them, and its just one guy. Would he kill a rally to convert his Warrants and sell at lower prices? I dont think so. And anyway, the volume in a week could absorb those - but again has five years......and wonder how many were sold this year already?

a. Common Stock During the years ended December 31, 2018 and December 31, 2017, the Company did not sell any shares of its $0.01 per share common stock.
b. Common Stock Warrants
During the years ended December 31, 2018 and December 31, 2017, the Company did not issue any warrants for its common shares. On December 15, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors lowered the strike price on the outstanding 40,000,000 Warrants previouly issued to Glenn Laken to $0.0035 and extended the duration of the exercise date for an additional 5 years.
Notes Payable
Convertible Promissory Notes During the years ended December 31, 2018 and December 31, 2017, the Company did not issue any new convertible promissory notes. The Company’s oustanding convertible promissory notes, one with a face value of $114,000, the other with a face value of $55,000 were all settled for a total of $25,000 in March 2019.
And....Maxed out OS at low 450 million AS.
Finally, they have $2 mil being paid out to them over the next 2 years, payments each month from the lawsuit won, and their subsidiary XA made a $160,000 PROFIT last year (last page, Page: 8)
