The whole argument is that it's NOT a drug.
If the judge sides with USRM, than FDA's entire argument is moot. If the judge sides with the FDA, well, that would suck for genuine shareholders.

Can you in your own words describe to us all why you believe these stem cells turned into a drug in the course of a 2 hour treatment by using an enzyme to help separate, centrifuge and rinse, then suspend in saline for administering the separated cells? A cell does not magically become a drug from that process in a same day 2 hour period from start to finish. Please don't answer by saying "because the FDA says it's a drug". We all know your education and expertise that you've repeated in many posts, I think we would all love to hear why you personally, using your own judgement and thought process, would believe with all your educaton this process actually turns the cells into a drug.
