short volume today is 98037 out of total volume 114737.

Not sure it is good or bad. Bur certainly, it is very risky to short when the hearing for the joint plan is less than 3 weeks from now. As it is a joint plan, the only opposition should come from FDIC. but looks like the debtor has already settled with FDIC. if a short squeeze is sure to happen, then it will be huge one!!!! let us keep the fingers crossed until then.....
