Do you think it would make sense for $IBGR to buy out NY Casa Group BEFORE $IBGR gets bought out by an Allan Dalton company?

Just a thought, I won’t bother you with my reasons for it....

But why is Angelo Rodriguez a Director of $IBGR? He has money... He’s got a big real estate business. Why would he bother getting involved in a penny stock company?
