hey look at Albertsons, as an example went private in BK...look at sears...they got took over....hypothetically speaking buy all open market shares, whats left buy out...most take a shareholder vote and I would not be surprised on who owns most so that vote could not even matter then maybe up the financials and maybe future IPO....hey could even turn it into a reit...
