I know penny stocks can be prone to bad actors however that doesnt mean that all are run by bad actors either it also means that legitimate companys do exist in the penny stock realm and some actually leave the Penny's and go to bigger greener pastures. Alot of getting to those pastures requires effective money management and not wasteful spending to keep from taking on loads of convertible debt in order to impress people in a chat forum
