Hey Monte,

I am wondering if CMTH mgmt do not want these notes converted/diluted into shares, which would happen if there is any indication that the pps is going to sky-rocket. I am wondering if the mgmt want to pay off the notes before dilution and before 'releasing the Kraken' ?

Just a thought
