ACTL is trading at mere $69.9K MV now which was never happened before for any 0.0001-Bottom OTC stock since 99% of its peers have Billions or at least 1B shares OS v.s. this hidden gem only has 699M or 0.7B shares FIXED Tiny OS!

The analyst's Long-Term target price is its recent high 0.022 which is 220 Times of its current All-Time-Low or Bottom price 0.0001! The Short-Term target price is 0.0012!
