That's because the court docs don't say that at all. For some reason the Judge is sitting on the motions for summery judgment. Including the one that clown lawyer Henry Klien again filed, even after the Judge told him NOT TOO. That might have something to do with it. The last word from the Judge was him telling clown Klien to stop filling his unsupported, ridiculous motions.
