From the official company press release.

“We would also like to welcome our newly appointed directors to the company: Ernst N. Blanchard, Leonardo H. Kaestner, Ka F. Lee, David Muradov and Angelo P. Rodriguez.”

The above mentioned individuals are the creators of the VoteInOrOut APP (among others).


“CEO of IBGR, Ron Minsky, stated, "I am thankful that our funding needs are being met as delivering future progress for the company is my number one goal.”

Notice that Mr. Minsky is named CEO of the same company that the developers of the apps are directors in.

Seems to me that Mr. Minsky has everything to do with the developers of the APP.


Truth and credibility is very important.
