I keep buying 10,000 to 30,000 shares at the ask, trying to get it to budge off .0045. It refuses to move with the small buys, but the bid has finally gone up to .0042 from .004. Last week it was firmly stuck at .003. I'd place bigger orders but I'm trying to save my money to buy it every time it goes red. If we could just get some real volume, I think it could move up and get to .005. That would get some real attention. My friend who is looking to buy $10,000-12,500 worth got shot down by Vanguard, who won't let him buy stocks under a penny. I've never heard of such a thing, but he's moving it elsewhere so he should start buying in the next few days. That kind of volume will seriously help (I think).
