Even if there was dilution, theres not much room left to dilute without an A/S increase.
As soon as the A/S increases then they could scream dilution. Until then its just typical rhetoric. you would think as an investor you want the company to succeed, but there are people who invest and then do nothing but talk negative about the company.
Maybe they invest, and then short it as a hedge?? Makes no sense
