Yes I do agree with some of the points you are making....$5.50 does not look good to shareholders...unless you are trading at $3.50?

My concern, is that the longer the share price stays down, the greater the chance of this company either being taken out or going private....and yes the $5.50 range would garner some support perhaps from some of the institutions?

Yes not sure where Steve White is now, nor if he was part of the plan to oust Roger Lias(if indeed he was ousted)...I also take everything he said and says with a grain of salt, but based on my conversations with him, he was expecting a much quicker turnaround in both the companies fortune and the share price.

He was expecting we would be in the $10 to $12 range within 2 years and looking at $100 million in revenue.

So if this was the case, and I don't have any reason to not believe him with regards to his expectations, he would be sorely disappointed at this time with the poor corporate performance of Avid.

Like him or hate him, he does want to make money...lets see if there is a plan here somewhere...a plan involving a quicker turnaround?
