Yes, we are real! Attached is a packing slip of your order, this shows the amount you paid + your order.
We've been working through our logistics for our pre-orders as we received more orders than we originally anticipated, which caused a backlog. We dropped the ball with communicating to our customers on the status of their orders. Which is absolutely on us and want to work to gain your confidence back.
I know it may have seemed startling and we promise we're not scamming you!
