To be clear, I support the truth, and never an individual. To date, you have provided zero legitimate documentation that this Tim Paul did anything illegal. Clearly, his return of shares to the company absolves him from any illegal dealings the company attempted to involve him in.
So, let's just stick with the truth about this scam and keep out the "calling out" of others. I prefer to assume the nature of the poster I converse with instead of knowing the personal details of the individual unless that person freely gives it up.
