He intends on selling shares in order to fund his next venture. Hopefully he takes the share price up as well. How much? Idk. OS was around 10b I think and maxed out. And now, the AS will be 20b. A whole other 10b for him to use/sell at his will.
B!EL is one with an AS if 20b and it hit sub-3 a few months ago but it’s also a biotech company. Don’t see many blockchain solution companies tearing it up.
But overall, I’m not expecting much. Wayyy too bloated. No contracts. No revenue. Not enough of a story to pump. And so we wait...we wait and see what happens if you’re already in it like myself.
And if you’re not in it...stay away. Plenty of plays with a more lucrative position and outlook.
Just another avenue for Frankie to make a living off OTC gamblers. This is what, his 6th different business venture after all the others were abandoned? Maybe it's his 7th. I lose track.
