I'm hoping that the 3rd time is the charm and not 3 strikes and you're out! Waiting for farm revenues sure doesnt seem like it's an option.
A $450k missed payment to Govt may be the end. If he couldn't get the use of land changed without confirming that there are no liens on property, it probably wont look favorable to not be able to pay that fee. I'm sure the Govt doesnt want a half baked resort sitting in default for years in an area they are wanting to attract vacationers.
