I tried to buy 100 shares at .30 for 3 weeks. I ended up with 1 share.
Tried to buy at .50 for a week. I ended up with 1 share again.
Tried to buy at a buck. They sold 1 share.

If someone wants to sell at least 100 shares at a buck, I am willing to buy. 100 shares is about my limit before reaching the 5% limit.

I have been at the limit before but never over. I am thinking about trying to buy 20 or even 40%, but it is uncharted territory.
