A distributor whose future is clouded by price fixing allegations does not appear to be the best partner to sell a $1.6 Billion drug. Apparently the deal was made, so shareholders will have to live with it unless there was an escape clause.

Everything is always good with Elite except the share price and none of us care about that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
