The OTC stuff will come eventually, I can't be more specific than that unfortunately but Wang basically just disappeared so in a sense the company basically has to start from square one with a whole new team of people working on their stuff. Anyone who does accounting can tell you this isn't a small undertaking, especially working with the language barrier, etc.
As far as the FAIBSS, as I mentioned before there were some delays from the Anyang City government which caused construction to fall behind schedule, I expect to see the project completed somewhere in the month of July. The original target was May 1st, which is why I chose that week to go to begin with.
