I will try and list which ones have previous wins under the patents in existing cases...

we know QUEST NETTECH against apple is a first timer....

BUt Ill determine patents in semcon and cxt suits which ones use patents we have gotten previous wins for which can help us figure which cases could be esier and which ones have a better chance of getting thru the Markman at least....not a perfect science but a layer or 2 in the onion cant urt..give me a day or 2..
