Very misleading statement. Please list the "25 contracts". There have been many updates but I can only count roughly four contracted projects.

If you're arguing that management of companies shouldn't issue frequent status updates, I would disagree. If the effect is to maintain the pps at a higher range, it's exactly what good management should be doing for the benefit of its shareholders. Are shareholders better off if management says nothing and the share price drifts down? LMAO
