On 05-08-19, they had the money to put a annual. In that filing, they showed over $2 million dollars in cash or cash equivalents and another $2 million in receivables. Maybe you haven't seen that filing yet?
Also, why would they R/S with a AS count of 14 billion and just under 6 billion as of 05-06-19?
