Pressure from posters on a MB lol?The deal isn't or wasn't even consummated at the time of the presser or the shares would have been issued already.A material event is not an event until it closes and CN said the only time he would put out a presser was a material event.I've been on both sides of the public company table that Chris sits at and its starting to look stupid with the announcement of a deal that wasn't yet in light of the Ceo's comments about when he puts out pressers.I think its time for a letter to shareholders and its past that time imho.
