Looks like its just counsel. There would've been a docket filling on a countersuit if they countersued.

My apologies, I thought you were saying something new came out. Back in August their was a counterclaim added with the response to Semcon’s original complaint. Not something to worry about. It’s pretty common to have counter claims. Several that have settled have had them. Off the top of my head I know TIVO, JCPenney, Conns and Tailored Brands all had them. They get dismissed with settlement
