This is just my thought. RRBB is highly reputable.. They have had all the nessessary documents for months (years), however, this process is costly. The delay is not on the process, or RRBB, but Arrayit themselves. This is also why Mark kept extending and adding. He started off with releasing financial independently, then all together, then adding Q1. It's just a stall tactic related to payment.. The good news is now they have the money.. We will never know the truth regarding the delay, but I could careless as long as they release..all IMO
