I believe the time limit was up April 2019. My shares are held at Apex Clearing (Ally). Ally is a Financial Institution under Dodd/Frank Financial Institutions have 2 years to divest in high risk securities below $2. I signed a money market agreement April 2017 as the merger of Zecco and TradeKing and the Acquisition of TradeKing by Ally were done in April 2017 per the letter I received.

However my understand Theresa May asked for a short extension on Brexit Last Month...

Brexit being a 4-6 Trillion dollar divestment problem...

I am unsure what short means...
