Poster on SGSI, the company ICLD now owns a pile of shares of, just said there is chatter in Normay by Wavtech insiders that SEC and FINRA approved the SGSI/Wavetech Global Merger.

ICLD debt collectors that run ICLD would not have traded a sure thing debt by SGSI for SGSI shares, and the SGSI float is locked up, bought, my guess is, by Wavetech folks in Europe about 2 weeks, in a 3 day buying spree.
