I saw that, it is only for the HIV prevention drug Truvada. HIV treatment drugs are not part of the deal. The effectiveness of Truvada is questionable mostly because it has to be taken daily and it has many side effects. A few people have been infected despite taking it, because they did not take it every single day. A step in the right direction but in my mind, not as good and HIV individuals taking their drugs to stop transmission.
