Uh....NO...NO....and NO....there's NO "jury trial" in this case....

That ain't what's happening and NOT what that docket entry means...BS...

That was an AUTOMATIC "DOCKET UPDATE" which is a routine matter by the court- judges get multiple cases scheduled "for trial" months and months ahead of time. As various cases settle and some do not, the docket mgt system auto-updates and pushes out the calendar for the Judge to insure they do not have to potential events landing on the same day.

Judges have typically one day a week for example only for hearing motions- thus the docket automatically clears that day months ahead of time. The Judge may have a current case which dragged out and is actually likely to go to a jury trial on the same date(s) that the original USRM entry was made- months and months ago, thus the docket is being auto-adjusted for her scheduling to alleviate any time conflicts..

This case is already in the hands of the Judge for a SUMMARY JUDGEMENT RULING which can occur TODAY or at any time....the Judge will be the one deciding this case if/until she says otherwise and files appropriate statements with the court and on the public docket....

There's ALWAYS a pre-trial conference date set - whether a Jury or Bench trial or summary judgement, and even if it's not even going to occur. It's an automatic scheduling event to help the court insure all the various Judge's know their potential future work loads and if the court needs to shift longer running cases to other judges, etc.

USRM/Comella IS NOT SET FOR A JURY TRIAL...that is BULLSHIT MISINFORMATION. The Comella/USRM attorney Mitrani already asked for an extension which was DENIED....

Judge Ungaro made a point in that HARSH DENIAL to point out, that this case is HIGHLY UNLIKELY TO EVEN GO TO TRIAL AS IT HAS DUAL PENDING MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT....

USRM is set for a ruling on a SUMMARY JUDGEMENT FOR PERMANENT INJUNCTION exactly as their long time business partner Theodore Gradel already willingly signed and took the "CONSENT DECREE" which is what will be in the PERMANENT INJUNCTION if/when the Judge likely rules AGAINST U.S. Stem Cell and Kristin Comella and gang of Sunrise Florida....

It's a common, common and routine re-scheduling event- they happen every day in all courts and especially the heavily loaded Federal courts...
