Been too busy to post… building another business… but I wrote this earlier today in response fsshon (post # 133010)... got called away to other issues… so I didn’t post.
“Don... did you go off your meds? LOL - just kidding. But welcome to the side of reason. This is basically what I have been saying for months. JF lost the initiative months ago.
Look, I do think Matt and team are working hard to build SHHI... and as I recently posted, I appreciate their efforts. The issue is JOE needs to step out from behind the curtain and provide details about what is taking place. The market is obviously messaging to leadership that there is very little faith in JF's "buckle up" bs and 'rocket' rhetoric. There have been too many missteps and mistakes in the past. And while some may say he inherited a mess, and that may well be the case, mistakes of the past are forgiven IF THOSE MISTAKES ARE NOT REPEATED IN THE PRESENT... a lesson JF apparently has yet to learn.
The three points that you listed a great starters, but I would add "How are you financing these acquisitions?"... at this point ANY transparency would be welcomed IMO. Teaser tweets only hold attention for so long. Again, I think Matt is doing a great job. It seem to me that it's becoming increasingly obvious in his recent tweets that he's a bit frustrated, but so are many shareholders. JF can address this all very easily. He doesn't have to show his entire hand... BUT his tweets aren't getting it done. That much is obvious.
The THC2 deal didn't help matters... while I think the other acquisitions MAY very well be better for the organization... without specifics, who the hell knows?!?!?
And Joe's half-assed communications in the face of the constant erosion of the market cap is unconscionable. I wouldn't say 'criminal', but I would certainly say 'DERELICT'...
All IMHO.”
JOE NEEDS TO GET OFF HIS ASS AND MESSAGE TO THE MARKET… not via Matt… the word has to come from the ‘DERELICT’ CEO!!!
P.s. Greg... thank you for the update... it would be NICE (and the necessary Stop-Gap) for JF to make a similar effort for shareholders.
