The grant situation from Rshn doesn’t add up. There’s no way to spin the Duns number and have on an application the Duns is not applicable. Also on the Duns lookup EVERY company must register for a Duns number as per the US federal govt. Seeing that Rshn nor its subs have no information in their Data bank it stands to say Rshn isn’t a registered company with Duns registry and cannot bid on grants nor federal contracts and if so they Never bid any govt grants or contracts as they stated.
