Big deal... Unaudited "financial statements" for OTC Markets cost nothing, and these took like 10 minutes to do. Attorney letter is a couple hundred bucks.

They do this because with the unsophisticated investors they target, they can claim they are current in a misleading way as though they're like an SEC filer, and they mean something. Reality is... They mean nothing.
