I am in total agreement with you. I am tired of the trashing here based on no doubt unrealized expectations from the past. The past is over with. Either give this new CEO's ideas and directions a chance or leave.

I am interested in what the current CEO has in the works re clinical trials and medical marijuana, tissue cultures, and proprietary cultivars for research. This is a total change in direction from the indoor harvesting focus of the past. And frankly, I think he is going in the exact right direction. And that IS his background from MIT - Business and Change Management. He turned around his family's MA golf course that was losing money, created a new business model that his brother took to to court over, won, and has turned that place into a thriving destination not only for golf, but weddings and events.

I know there are hard feelings from past issues. But we are here right now and as I see it there are two choices. Give up OR give this guy a chance. Vote yes in the upcoming June vote. Give him a shot to run it the way he wants and see what he can work out. Undercapitalization would handcuff him and will kill this company for sure. If you think the previous directions was a waste of your money, well, you're already in. If you figure you've lost your investment what have you got to lose by letting this new guy try his plan. Frankly, I think he is going in the exact right direction. All these companies pouring money into conventional agricultural methods to grow cannabis may find themselves in trouble if someone starts mass producing it using cell biology techniques instead. And that's what this guy's background is all about. Chad is out. This guy is in. If he is right, he could very well create a powerhouse company.

maybe the new Ceo should communicate publicly with investors so they know what is going on.
