I disagree, respectfully -- they released an 8-K in April 2018 for the Anergis "agreement" even though no funds were disbursed at that time. I think they have to file an 8-K and attach the PR as an exhibit 99.1.
That said -- the Anergis 8-K (and subsequent 10-Q's and 10-K) didn't reveal the $$$ amount that would be due upon signing the LCA so I don't REALLY expect an 8-K about the NIH grant to reveal how much monewy Mymetics gets in their slice of the Grant Pie.
Just talking out loud, which is all any of us can do. No denying that the NIH Grant is good news. I just want to know how much money Mymetics will need to raise to fund operations in the coming months/years. They don't burn much... mostly because they don't really DO much.
