nice spin but no cigar, they are ONLY paid in shares because if they are VYST employees and/or consultants, VYST does not have the revenues yet to cover their salaries. Once Rotmans in consolidated, I would expect that their compensation changes over to cash flow from Rotmans. temporary issue, not permanent and they are doing it the right way IMO $VYST
