I am not making any rules. The data shows that if all issued shares already dumped into the market, for every 1 share added in dilution, investors sold 3.25 shares. If not all of them added yet, the ratio is even higher.

The point here is that shareholders are adding fuel to the fire by their reaction selling at the bid and competing with dilution.

Of course, making up customers, fake finances and toxic finance dilution had nothing to do with the drop!! Just like the Titantic, there will be a few here to go down with the ship. Even after they have been given PLENTY of evidence of icebergs ahead.
