how is the fact that finra denied a reverse split (the 4th one) an easy fix

do you have any idea what it takes to get a DTC chill removed??

with all of the shells out there why on earth would someone chose one with as much baggage as EFIR?? Even if someone were looking for a CHEAP dirty shell, EFIR is so dirty it is probably beyond redemption
