Over 28 million shares added to the O/S in 17 days and they think that putting out PR's to pump this POS is going to work?

Not only are the PR's meant to pump up the stock price, but Collier himself is hitting the ask to prop it up. How is that even legal?

Serious question, what is more important: Hiring some no name to a "Scientific Advisory Board" or that they are adding 1.7 million shares per day to the O/S?
