Delgado hasn't updated the Security Details. This isn't a TA Verified stock like his other two stocks.

FLCN A/S is 500,000,000 per Wyoming filing. There's a reason he made it 500M. There's a reason he's not updating the Security Details here as he did two days ago with his other stocks. Can't build a biz with 1K in cash.

Doesn't take Delgado long to dilute his stocks. GDSI has a half million float. SHMP Float is pushing 300M. His friends and associates front loaded this one weeks before any public filing or news.
