Hey bud, welcome to the board. I have no reason to believe things have changed and if you read through the MMMM 8-k it describes a 30 day period from the closing of the deal before it is consummated.

So yes I still believe there is something going on behind the scenes and my guess is it will be made known when they release the quarterly report on or around May 15
