Good points! Delgado may have updated the Security Details on Tuesday while knowing dilution would occur on Wednesday. The only way to confirm is for him to provide weekly share count updates.

We know he needs money to pay his very expensive attorneys and that the litigation funders won't pay the next agreed upon amount until Rontan's Motion to Dismiss is 100% defeated.
