who in the hell outsources their auditors for a us-based company? how many companies do that? probably almost NONE unless they have something to conceal. the irs and the government would not have much authority over auditors in india for such matters as responding to subpoena's and depositions in criminal matters here. no legit company would go to india to find auditors. not on your life.
